Scouting is the worldwide volunteer group for raising the youth which has been started by Baden Powell in Britain in 1908.
Although it was a program for boys at the beginning, in fact, many girls had also participated. Then Baden Powell asked his sister, Agnes, to establish Girl Guide, and it has spread to the world to an instant.

Regarding our troop 18 of Girl Scout Tokyo, we make effort and wish every scout furnishes herself an independent good spirit through the community life and wilderness experience, and contributes to neighbors and our society.
