In order to become a leader, the leader training workshop of Girl Scout Japan official recognition is to be taken. The course could be provided not only for Girl Scouts but also for the general woman of 17 years old or more who  would like to relate to the Girl Scout.

The workshop is divided into three classes of A B C, and you have to learn the elementary knowledge of the Girl Scout at A class for  2 days, to audit at least one section within every of section of Girl Scout for 1 day at B class, and to receive practice training of 1 night 2 days with field activity at C class.
